SNOW!

We got our first snowfall of the season Saturday morning! Lucky for us we also had cousins staying with us- so all the boys bundled up and headed outside right after breakfast.

When I told Ryan to look outside to see the snow he got really excited and said, "Oh! It's Christmas!"
Brady and Nathan watched the older kids play in the snow while Zach tried to hit the window with snowballs. It didn't take long before Brady was whining at the coat closet for his jacket so he could go out and play.
He loved it. He was so happy to walk around and crunch it under his feet. He also liked to pick it up and watch it fall back to the ground. We were a little late getting out so before long the other kids were ready to go in. When I tried to pick Brady up to bring him back inside he was literally kicking and screaming.
Ryan thought it was really funny to throw snow at me.
Brady carried this big snowball that Logan made for him around for a long long time. He was very gentle with it, but also would not let it go- even to go inside. After a long while he started crying because his hands were getting cold- but I still had to pry the snowball out of his hands.

We had fun in the snow and the best part was it melted before the end of the day! My favorite kind of snow day! We are excited for our first winter back in Utah!
